Preparations Before Use

1.Selection check: Based on the weight, size and working environment of the lifted object, select the appropriate duckbill hook lifting gear with rated load and specifications, ensuring that its rated load is greater than the weight of the lifted object. Carefully inspect the appearance of the lifting gear and check for any defects such as cracks, deformation, and wear. If any problems are found, do not use it.

Installation process

1.Attachment operation: Insert the lifting ropes and other connecting components into the opening of the duckbill hook hoist to ensure that the ropes are fully inserted into the hook body and positioned correctly, capable of effectively bearing tension.

2.Lock confirmation: Gently pull the ropes to check if the duckbill hook can automatically lock and clamp the ropes, ensuring a secure connection without any risk of loosening or slipping.

Lifting operation

Maintenance after use
